ENDURANCE TRAINING
Increasing endurance isn’t just for runners. Endurance helps with walking, hiking, bike riding and competitive sports such as basketball, football, baseball and lacrosse, to name a few.
Endurance can also take the form of increased number of repetitions of certain basic skills including: push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers and squats.
